Welcome to 12trust. This Privacy Policy applies to the 12trust app ("the Platform") and related websites, services, and products (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Viberse Technology Pte. Ltd. or its affiliates ("Company," "we," "us").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your rights. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information when you interact with the Service. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not access or use the Platform.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to consent to the processing of your personal data under applicable laws. Where necessary, a parent or guardian may provide consent on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has shared personal data with us, please contact us at support@12trust.com, and we will promptly delete the information and terminate the account.

Mobile number (required for sign-up and verification)
Username (assigned by the Platform at sign-up)

Input: This includes the text, images, links, or other content you submit to the Service for verification, detection, or analysis.
Output: This includes the analysis, result, or other content the Platform provides based on the Input you submitted.
User Contributions and Interactions: This includes your public posts (Input and Output shared in the Community), comments, feedback, or reports within the Service.

Automatically Collected Information

Technical Information: Device identifiers (e.g., Device ID), IP address, operating system, time zone settings, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
Cookies and Device Permissions:
Cookies and similar technologies used for managing user sessions, preferences, and analytics.
App permissions (e.g., camera, microphone, photo library, storage) which are requested only when necessary for specific features you use and can be managed in your device settings.
Activity and Analytics:
Usage patterns: Information about how you use the Platform, such as the features you access, the time spent, and interactions with content.
Clipboard activity: We only access your clipboard data when you explicitly paste content into the app for verification. We do not monitor or access your clipboard continuously or without your direct action.
Engagement with content and ads (if applicable).
2. How We Collect Information
We may collect information through the following ways:
Directly from you: When you register, enter messages, upload content, or contact us.
Automatically: Through cookies, device data, and app interactions.
From third parties: Such as analytics or moderation service providers.
From your device’s clipboard: Only when you paste content into the Platform (we do not access clipboard data continuously).

Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features, including improving our content verification and AI detection models.
Enable functionalities such as pasting content, uploading images, posting and commenting in the Community.
Customize your experience and recommend relevant content (if applicable).

Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, spam, fraud, or other violations of our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

We do not sell or share your personal data for third parties marketing purposes or any other purpose outside this policy.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
With other users: Content you enter, paste, or upload for verification (Input) is private and only visible to you within your account. However, you can explicitly choose to share your Input and their associated Output as public posts (User Contributions) within the Community for other users to view and provide feedback or comments. This public sharing will always be initiated and controlled by you.
With service providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers (e.g., for hosting, analytics, moderation, cloud services) who process data on our behalf to operate and improve the Service. These providers are bound by strict contractual obligations to keep your data confidential and secure.
With our corporate group: We may share information within our corporate family of companies to operate and improve the Platform, prevent illegal use, and support users.
For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability.

By using the internet, you acknowledge and accept these inherent security risks.
10. Children’s Privacy
12trust is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from individuals under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at support@12trust.com, and we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Service after the update means acceptance of the updated policy.
