Terms of Use

Welcome to 12trust ("the Platform"), operated by Viberse Technology Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company, governing your access to and use of our app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Account Requirements
The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You may not use the Service if:
1.
You are under 13 years old;
2.
You are a convicted sex offender;
3.
You are prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
4.
Your account was previously terminated for violating our Terms or policies.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as through in-app notifications or email. It is your responsibility to check the “Last updated” date and review any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Your Account
To access and use the Service, you must create an account by entering your mobile number and verifying it with a one-time SMS code.
By registering, you agree to:
1.
Provide a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to use;
2.
Keep your account credentials, including any verification codes, secure and confidential;
3.
Not share or transfer your verification code;
4.
Be solely responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
1.
You violate these Terms;
2.
Your activity poses a risk to the Platform or others;
3.
Required by law or a regulatory authority.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your content, though some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and features of the Service (excluding Input, Output, and comments) are owned by the Company and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
1.
Reproduce, modify, or distribute Service content;
2.
Create derivative works;
3.
Reverse-engineer or extract source code, unless permitted by applicable law.

5. Content
What You Submit
You may submit text, images, links, or other material into the Service (“Input”) to verify whether it's real, fake, fraudulent, or AI-generated.
You are solely responsible for your Input. You agree that:
1.
Your Input must not violate any law or infringe the rights of others (e.g., privacy, copyright, publicity).
2.
You do not need to own the content but must have the legal right to submit it for analysis (e.g., a screenshot of a message someone sent you).
3.
If you choose to share your Input publicly in the Community as posts, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish and display that content publicly, including any third-party content included within it.
What You Submit
Based on your Input, the Service provides a response (“Output”), such as a risk level or analysis of whether the content may be spam, deceptive, or AI-generated.
You may choose to share the Output, including as public posts in the Community. By doing so, you acknowledge:
1.
Output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, imprecise, or inaccurate.
2.
Similar Input may produce similar Output for other users.
3.
You must not rely on Output as your sole source of truth, especially in legal, medical, financial, or other sensitive contexts.
Ownership
As between you and the Company:
1.
You retain ownership of your Input (subject to the license below).
2.
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Output and the underlying detection models and systems.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Output for your personal or internal informational purposes only, in connection with your use of the Service.
License to 12trust
By submitting Input, and by sharing any User Contributions (as defined in section 6 below) publicly in the Community, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to store, process, analyze, use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and make publicly available the content (including Input, Output, and comments) to:
1.
Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including the Community features;
2.
Develop, train, and evaluate our detection systems;
3.
Monitor for abuse, compliance, and violations of these Terms and our Community Guidelines;
4.
Promote safety, integrity, and trust on the Platform.
This license remains in effect for a commercially reasonable period after your content is deleted, as needed to comply with legal, operational, or security obligations.
We do not claim ownership of your Input.
If you wish to opt out of having your Input used to improve our models, please contact support@12trust.com. Note that opting out may limit the accuracy or performance of the Service in your use.
Accuracy and Limitations
You understand and agree that:
1.
Output may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
2.
Our detection results are probabilistic and should not be treated as facts or professional advice.
3.
You are responsible for reviewing Output before using or sharing it.
4.
You must not use any Output to make decisions that could have legal, financial, medical, housing, employment, or similar impacts on another person.
Output may reference third-party content or products, which does not imply endorsement or affiliation by the Company.
6. User Contributions
The Service allows you to share content publicly in the Community, including your Input, Output, and comments on other users' posts (collectively, “User Contributions”).
1.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all User Contributions that you post or share publicly on the Platform. You understand that once shared, your User Contributions may be viewed, accessed, and commented on by other users.
2.
Adherence to Community Guidelines: All User Contributions must strictly adhere to our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By sharing your content publicly, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Any violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or other penalties as outlined in our Community Guidelines.
3.
No Guarantee of Monitoring: While we strive to maintain a safe Community, we do not guarantee constant monitoring of all User Contributions. We are not responsible or liable for any User Contributions posted by users.
4.
Reporting Violations: We rely on our users to help us maintain a safe Community. If you encounter any User Contributions that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, please use the in-app Report feature or contact us directly at support@12trust.com.
7. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Removal
We have the right to:
1.
Monitor or review Input, Output, and User Contributions submitted through or shared publicly on the Service;
2.
Remove content or restrict access at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines;
3.
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law;
4.
Report violations to authorities if required.
We do not guarantee immediate removal of objectionable content and are not liable for User Contributions.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of those services is at your own risk. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
1.
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
2.
Content verification or AI detection results will be 100% accurate, flawless, or reliable;
3.
Issues will be corrected;
4.
The Service meets your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
1.
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
2.
Loss of data, income, reputation, or goodwill;
3.
Any User Contributions submitted by users;
4.
Your use of or inability to use the Service.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
1.
Your use of the Service;
2.
Your violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines;
3.
Your submitted Input, Output, or User Contributions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you and the Company agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party via email. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
1.
Seat: Singapore.
2.
Language: English.
3.
Arbitrator: One, appointed by SIAC.
4.
Class or group arbitration is not permitted.
The arbitration decision will be final and enforceable.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service.
